The staff were so so friendly. The food at the restaurant was decent (I would recommend the homemade tiramisu) and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed and laid back.

We decided to eat at the hotel for food, since we were also staying and, although the reviews did not rate the restaurant very well, we left with good memories. The food was tasty and the service was good and fast. It's not the cheapest in the area but I think it's a very nice place to spend a few days, especially if you're traveling with small children.

We went with a trip organized by Btravel "the Leon Fjords..." in June. Bad and shabby restaurant service. The treatment seemed like they were doing you a favor. When you came in to dinner they had already served the first course, with the approval of the flies that arrived before you. The second courses, pre-cooked industrial food, salty, poorly seasoned... They used to put a tray on you and you served yourself. The rooms were missing light bulbs, report about it and no attention. The terraces were flooded in a storm, drain clogged. Pools closed for maintenance, painting, etc. Thanks to the fact that there were storms and it cooled down. Without an elevator they helped to bring the suitcases up but not to take them down.
